From free survey to finished roof.

Free roof survey
Peter visits, talks through how you want to use the room, and checks the existing conservatory structure, frames and foundations.

Written quotation
We set out the recommended roof system, specification, inclusions and price in writing.
- Step 03
Building Regulations
Where approval is needed, we manage the Building Regulations approval and sign-off process.
- Step 04
Installation
Usually 5–10 working days, weather permittingThe old roof is removed and the agreed new roof system is installed. Timing depends on the system, property, structure and scope of work.
- Step 05
Internal finish
Where included in your quotation, the internal plastered ceiling and spotlights are fitted.
Aftercare
Simple care for your new roof.
- Clear conservatory gutters and downpipes regularly, especially in autumn
- Check where the roof meets the house wall once a year and call us if anything looks loose
- Wipe spotlights and the painted ceiling with a soft dry cloth
- If you notice a leak or damp patch, call us and we will arrange a visit
