Every window we install is made to measure, A-rated for energy efficiency, and finished with multi-point locking as standard. Whether you're replacing a single window or upgrading a full property, our team manages the entire process — from survey to spotless installation.
Our core system is REHAU TOTAL70 — a 70mm, six-chamber uPVC profile that combines A+ energy efficiency, sound reduction and a Secured by Design accredited hardware suite. For contemporary properties and larger openings, we specify aluminium with a thermal break; for period homes we use flush-fit or vertical-sliding-sash profiles that mirror the original detailing.
Every window is toughened where Building Regulations require it (below 800mm, next to doors, in bathrooms), and every install is signed off under our FENSA/Assure competent-person status — so you never need to arrange separate building-control notifications.

Look after them, and they'll last decades.
Modern uPVC and aluminium windows need almost nothing. A few minutes a couple of times a year is all we recommend.
- Wipe frames with warm soapy water — never solvents, bleach or abrasive pads
- Once a year, put a drop of light machine oil (3-in-1) on hinges, locking points and keeps
- Clean the drainage slots along the bottom of the frame so water can escape properly
- Check the silicone seal around the outside every couple of years — we'll re-do it for you if it starts to lift
- If a handle stiffens or a lock catches, call us — a five-minute adjustment is covered under guarantee
