- Wipe with warm water and a soft microfibre cloth — glass cleaner is fine but avoid ammonia on leaded panes
- Never scrape leaded or bevelled glass with a blade — it can chip the finish
- Self-cleaning glass still needs regular rainfall or a quick rinse to activate the coating
- If a pane cracks, call us — sealed units can be replaced without disturbing the frame in most cases
