Dormer Cladding & Roof Transformation
Full external re-clad of a tired cream uPVC dormer in anthracite shadow-line cladding, paired with new tile roofing and matching fascia detailing.
Scope of work
The existing dormer had faded cream cladding, weathered fascias and a tiled roof that had reached the end of its serviceable life. The homeowners wanted a sharper, more contemporary look that would sit comfortably with the modern anthracite windows already installed elsewhere on the property.
We stripped the dormer back, replaced the underlying timbers where required, re-tiled the roof and installed vertical shadow-line uPVC cladding in anthracite. New soffits, fascias and half-round guttering finished the elevation cleanly, with fresh lead flashings tying everything back into the main roof.
The result is a low-maintenance, weather-tight dormer that lifts the entire front elevation of the property and now matches the wider palette of the home.
